These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of text messaging (SMS) communications from TotalBLD. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program Description
TotalBLD offers a transactional SMS program that sends text messages related to your interactions with our business. Messages may include appointment reminders, order and delivery updates, service alerts, and other transactional communications you have requested.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number to us verbally, in writing, through a web form, or by texting a designated keyword to our number. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from TotalBLD at the number you provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You should expect to receive messages only when there is relevant transactional information to share (for example, when an appointment is scheduled, when an order is updated, or when a service alert is issued).
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan. TotalBLD is not responsible for any charges you incur from your wireless carrier.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again and we will start sending SMS messages to you.

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Information you provide to TotalBLD in connection with the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued participation in the SMS program after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
